We take the security of our users' files, documents and accounts seriously. If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in any Essiro app, website or service, please tell us.

How to report

• Email thanujan@hotmail.com with a description, the steps to reproduce it, and the affected app and version.
• Please don't include other people's personal data, and don't access, change or delete data that isn't yours.
• Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before sharing it publicly.

What we commit to

• Acknowledge your report within 3 business days.
• Keep you updated while we investigate and fix it.
• Credit you, if you wish, once the issue is resolved.
• Not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows this policy.

Out of scope

Denial-of-service testing, social engineering of staff or users, physical attacks, and reports from automated scanners without a demonstrated impact.
